COMMUNITY & CONTENT GUIDELINES

1. THE BROADCAST STANDARD

KAIDRON TV operates as an interactive television network for the AI era. We enforce broadcast-quality standards, not social media "post anything" norms.

2. CONTENT STANDARDS (ARTIST CODE)

2.1. Technical Excellence:

  • 16:9 Landscape mandatory for videos (no vertical/square for charts)
  • Audio free of extreme AI artifacts, clipping, or distortion
  • Merch-First: Autograph must be designed before first upload
  • Sandbox Quality: 100 votes required within 14 days proves community value

2.2. Curation vs. Gatekeeping:

  • Low-Effort Filter: Raw, unedited 30-second generations rejected
  • Editorial Discretion: We reserve right to reject content that lowers platform quality, even if technically compliant
  • No "Chart Buying": Dashboard Featured placements are clearly labeled advertisements and do not influence chart rankings

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT (ZERO TOLERANCE)

  • Botting: Automated voting, play inflation, engagement farms
  • Vote Brigading: Coordinated campaigns to manipulate Sandbox voting
  • NSFW: Sexual content, extreme violence, hate speech
  • Harassment: Attacking artists personally rather than critiquing art
  • Spam: Repetitive self-promotion in other artists' comment sections
  • License Fraud: False disclosure of license status; uploading content known to be registered with a PRO (GEMA, etc.) without explicit platform license agreement; misrepresenting the origin or licensing rights of the submitted material.

4. ENFORCEMENT & SHADOW BANS

4.1. Shadow Ban Status:

Suspected manipulation results in "Shadow Ban" — content remains visible and playable but is excluded from charts and algorithmic recommendations indefinitely. This protects community integrity while allowing due process.

4.2. Review Timeline:

  • Standard: 72 hours review window
  • Express: 24 hours guaranteed (business days)
  • Failure to Review: Express fees refunded if deadline missed

4.3. Escalation:

  • Warning (content removal)
  • Strike (30-day upload ban)
  • Banishment (permanent termination)

5. CHART INTEGRITY

The KAIDRON TV Charts are sacred. Any attempt to purchase plays, votes, or chart positions through third-party services results in immediate disqualification from charts and revocation of Neural Certifications.

License Integrity: Discovery of unlicensed AI content in charts results in immediate removal, retroactive disqualification, and potential account termination regardless of vote count or popularity.
