2.1 Age & Capacity

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You possess full legal capacity to grant licenses and make binding representations

2.2 AI Tool Licensing

• You hold a verifiable, active commercial license from each AI tool used (e.g. Suno, Udio, Runway)
• Your subscription tier permits third-party platform distribution
• License Tier Rules (Non-Exhaustive):
  • Suno Free Plan: Strictly prohibited
  • Suno Pro / Premier: Permitted with active subscription
  • Udio Free Tier: Prohibited
  • Udio Paid Tiers: Permitted with verification

2.3 Limited Ownership & Rights Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• AI service providers retain ownership of their models and may assert rights in generated outputs
• Your rights in AI-generated content are limited to the usage rights granted by the provider’s Terms of Service
• Copyright protection for AI-generated works may be limited, unavailable, or jurisdiction-dependent
• Uploading AI-generated content may carry an increased risk of third-party copying
• Human prompt creation, arrangement, or creative direction does not guarantee copyright protection

Artist-Composed Works: Should the work incorporate lyrics, melodies, or arrangements composed by you (the Artist), you affirm that you have not transferred the associated public performance or mechanical reproduction rights to any PRO or collecting society. You retain the responsibility for ensuring that the public streaming of this work via KAIDRON TV does not trigger any licensing obligations on the part of the platform.

2.4 No Infringement

You represent that your content:

• Does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity
• Does not misappropriate protected voices, likenesses, or identities
• Was not generated using AI tools in violation of their applicable license terms

3.1 Deepfakes & Voice Cloning (Zero Tolerance)

Unauthorized use of recognizable voices or likenesses of real persons—living or deceased—is strictly prohibited without express written consent. This includes AI-generated vocal performances designed to imitate identifiable individuals.

3.2 Training Data & Tool Compliance

You must not upload content generated using AI tools where you know or reasonably should know that the output violates applicable laws or the provider’s license terms regarding training data usage.

3.3 License Tier Violations

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content generated using free or trial tiers lacking public or commercial distribution rights
• Content generated under expired or lapsed subscriptions
• Content uploaded without successful license verification

Copyright notices and counter-notices are handled in accordance with:

• Applicable law
• The DMCA
• Terms of Service, Section 8

4.3. AI-Specific Evaluation

When assessing copyright claims involving AI-generated content, we may consider:

• Whether the claimant holds valid copyright in the allegedly infringed work
• Whether the uploaded content is eligible for copyright protection
• The AI tool and license tier used
• The good-faith conduct of all parties
